Very hard to find Hammer & Sickle float.  This mark is classified as WP #219.  

The embossment of the mark is particularly good on this float.  Many of these Hammer & Sickle marks aren't as clear and crisp as this example.

It's an old bimold type float with a nicely dappled surface.

It measures 9 1/4 inches in circumference or about 3 inches in diameter.

This float has excellent provenance having come from the collection of well-known collector ex-Col. 'Rich' Richardson.
